Century 21 Technologies Ltd Online Remote Assistance Terms and Conditions – Full Disclaimer
AeroAdmin is a third party tool used by Century 21 Technologies Ltd (“C21T”) to assist clients. C21T gives no warranty on the AeroAdmin tool and is not liable for any error or malfunction that AeroAdmin may have or cause on a client’s computer.
By installing the AeroAdmin tool and accepting C21T’s access request the client authorises C21T to access the client’s computer including any data stored on the computer that it may be reasonably necessary for C21T to access.
The Client must provide reasonable cooperation to C21T and maintain telephone contact with the C21T Support Technician at all times and monitor tasks performed by the Support Technician remotely via the client’s computer. Clients should therefore remain at their PC or device for the duration of the remote help session.
Client agrees and understands that use of AeroAdmin will result in C21T temporarily taking remote control of the client’s computer for the purpose of testing or attempting to resolve the issue reported by the client. The client shall be able to view C21T’s actions on the client’s computer and therefore responsible for monitoring the performance and may instruct the C21T representative to cease access at any time.
C21T will use its best efforts not to access any of the client’s personal data unless reasonably necessary to do so. However, when attempting to assist the client the C21T representative may have access to other data on the client’s computer and in such instances C21T shall take all necessary measures to ensure the confidentiality of the client’s information in accordance with the data protection act 1998
Client understands and agrees that C21T shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive or special damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages incurred for loss of business profits or revenue, loss of privacy, loss of use of any computer or software, business interruption, loss of business information or other pecuniary loss), that result from or are related to the remote help session provided by C21T.
Please note that it may be necessary to use the services of SAVV S.r.l. (“SAVV”) Manufacturer of the Datix hardware and software solutions for the remote sessions. If this service is required SAVV shall take all necessary measures to ensure the confidentiality of the client’s information in accordance the Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 (Data Protection Act).
